From a straight boiler swap to a complete re-design and installation of a new central heating system you can rest assured that you are in expert hands.  Our sole aim is to ensure that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible and that you are fully satisfied with the finished installation. At the end of the day, your recommendation to friends, family and neighbours is what we have built our business on and we don’t intend to get it wrong now.

From your initial contact, through to the quotation appointment and finally when our engineer’s arrive on site to complete the installation, you will be kept fully informed of what is happening and how the work will be carried out.  Our engineer’s will demonstrate the operation of your system, how to work the controls, how to set the timer, how to top up pressure and anything else you would like to know.  You will be left with an installation folder that will contain all the details of your 5 year warranty, manufacturer’s user instructions and our contact details.

Your boiler and system will be tailored to your needs. A full site survey is always carried out before we provide you with your quotation; this ensures that we have listened to your specific needs and concerns and get the right system for you.

After the installation has been completed we will ask you to complete a Customer Quality Feedback Questionnaire, this enables us to continually monitor and improve the level of service we provide our customers.
