The AOS Team

AOS is successful because we’ve built a great team of support staff and engineers, who all believe that the customer comes first.

We choose our team members carefully because every interaction with a customer – whether by phone or in person – and every piece of work we do reflects on our business. Staff tend to stay with us because we value them and make them feel a vital part of the company – which they are.

A fairly recent innovation for us is the building of a new training area, equipped with samples of many of the systems we encounter on a daily basis. This ensures that all the engineers keep their skills up to date, as well as giving all of us practical experience of many of the problems we’re likely to encounter at our customers’ properties.

From time to time members of the team gain new certificates or earn awards. We’ll tell you when that happens in our team-related news. If we take on someone new or if a customer has something really nice to say about one of the team – whether on site or back at base – we’ll make sure that news is put up here, too.
