Service Administrator - Full Time
Job Vacancy:
Plumbing and Heating Service Administrator
Location: Hammond Lodge, Hammondstreet Road, Cheshunt, Herts, EN7 6PS.
Salary: Starting Salary £26,000 - negotiable depending on previous experience.
Job Type: Full-Time 9am - 5pm.

Role Overview:
As the Service Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our plumbing and heating services. This role involves coordinating job bookings, managing engineers' schedules, handling customer enquiries, ordering parts, and managing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Answer customer calls and emails, log service requests, and provide updates.
• Job Scheduling: Organise and book jobs into the engineers' diaries onto CRM system, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Parts Management: Order and track necessary parts for jobs, liaising with suppliers as required.
• Invoicing: Raise, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts orders, and customer communications.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with engineers to ensure they have all necessary information and resources.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Other Duties: Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
• Previous experience with general accounts and sage 50 preferable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach.

Lead Heating Engineer - Full Time
We are looking for experienced and professional engineers to join our growing teams specialising in retro fit installations in domestic properties.
Full Job Description:
As a lead engineer you will be required to manage and lead a range of installations. The works will be made up of a mixture of gas boilers, hot water cylinders, radiators, remedial & upgrade works along with specialising in the installation of air source heat pumps (training provided if needed).
You must be competent in general heating electrics and installing controls.
Applicants for this role must be hold a Gas Safe qualification or have a minimum of 2 years experiencing installing air source heat pumps.
You must hold a full driving licence and be required to travel to sites within a maximum 50-mile radius.
Equipment & Training:
You will be provided with most installation equipment required however will be expected to have hand tools. Training for air source heat pump installations will be provided as necessary.

Day to day responsibilities:
To carry out installations, testing, and commissioning of residential heating systems, this includes pipework and associated fixtures and equipment.
To ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety procedures.
To carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract agreed requirements and within agreed time limits along with following organisation policies and procedures.
To maintain accurate recorded, follow up from associated works completed.
To liaise with office installation manager regarding any requirements for additional materials or damaged materials.
To continuously liaise with the installation manager regarding time scales and deadlines and immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the installation finish date.
To contribute and motivation to achieve a smooth running of your installation team.
To take responsibly for your allocated workload and meet all targets as agreed with the installation manager.
